Immigration Smart Services offers independent services including assistance with form completion, document preparation, translation, and general consultation oriented toward immigration processes in the United States. We are not a law firm and do not offer legal representation.
The client is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information and documentation provided to us. We are not responsible for delays, denials, or penalties issued by immigration authorities (such as USCIS) due to incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by the client.
Fees for our preparation and consultation services are detailed before contracting. These fees do not include the official filing fees required by the U.S. government (USCIS). Due to the nature of the work (document preparation services based on time invested), payments are non-refundable once processing of your case has begun.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Immigration Smart Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to the denial of visa, residency, or any immigration application by the competent authorities. The final decision on any immigration matter rests exclusively with the United States government.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
